We’re halfway through No Shave November, and many guys across the country are looking woollier than usual after joining the month-long event. Those beards, like the ones on Casey James and Thompson Square’s Keifer Thompson, mean big bucks for charities nationwide.

Though most Americans join No Shave November to raise awareness for prostate cancer, Casey and Keifer are growing their beards out for the patients at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Casey and his band have already raised $4,800 for the hospital, and Keifer has raised $425. The proceeds will go toward the $1.8 million a day it costs to run the hospital.
