Jennifer is originally from Morrilton, Arkansas. Graduated from there in 1992 and then from UCA in Conway in 1997. She is married to Micah Hines. They have two sweet little girls, Madison (7) and Willow (1 year in Sept), and two pets-Phineas(Guinea PIg) and Ferb (Chinese Sharpei).
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 lemon jello mix
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup of apricot nectar (or substitute mountain dew)
1/2 cup of oil
Grease a bundt pan, mix all of the cake ingredients and bake at 350 til it is done. You know it is done when you stick a toothpick in it and it comes back out clean. Once it is done, let it cool and poke tiny holes all over it with a toothpick and pour icing on the cake.
Icing ingredients-1 cup of confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice mixed together.
