Jason Aldean broke two attendance records over the weekend with his two-night
stand at Boston’s Fenway Park, attracting more than 70,000 fans to the famed ballpark. As the first country artist to headline the venue, Jason broke single-night and two-night attendance records previously set by Paul McCartney and Dave Matthews Band, respectively. Jason's shows sold out in less than an hour when tickets went on sale last fall.
Jason jokes, “I heard we also set a new all-time record for beer sales. They drank Boston dry … it was wild!”
Between sets, Jason stayed busy on Twitter documenting his good times in Beantown. While in Boston, Jason interviewed with Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts, and played wiffle ball with DJ Silver and a few industry execs in town for the show.
